Is logging really free forever?
Yes. Every core verb — log, rate, review, diary, lists, follows, four favourites, the annual Year in Review — is free and always will be. Pro only adds stats and removes ads.
What exactly does Pro add?
Year-round statistics instead of one day a year: weekly and all-time overviews, most-watched cast and crew, decade/country/language breakdowns, and list filtering. In this reference build the stats surface is a labelled placeholder — the Year in Review shows the shape of the numbers.
Can I export my data?
Yes — your diary, ratings, reviews, watchlist and lists export as CSV. Honest export is a trust signal, not a paywall.
Is this charging my card?
No. This is a reference build running the platform's free-mode checkout gateway. It records a real order object and returns a confirmation, but no card fields are collected and nothing is charged.
